fed up, have had it up to here

adjective, idiom:  fed up, have had it up to here.

Note the non manual markers:  the headshake, frown, and flat pursed lips all of which indicate displeasure

Related to:
adjective, idiom:  full, full up to the gills, stuffed.

This sign would have been better if more non manual markers were present.  The cheeks should be slightly puffed.

Can use a single or double movement.  Single is usually reserved for more emphasis.

Note that the difference between fed up and full has to do with the negative expression, not the movement.
